Kayla Rogers, an Assistant Teacher at Monticello Elementary School, was one of four chosen recipients of the Mississippi Professional Educators (MPE) Non-Certified Personnel Scholarship. The scholarship was in the amount of $1,000. Rogers is currently enrolled at William Carey University and has been a member of MPE since 2015.
